Contextualization:

This artifact highlights the Professional Advantage Academy (PAA), a fully asynchronous option program I created in the university’s learning management system. The academy is a five week program comprised of videos, interactive learning experiences, and digital tools engaging student to teacher, student to self, and student to student. Students are nominated, notified of the nomination,  and then choose if they wish to participate. PAA is carefully designed to provide students with extensive personal and professional growth helping them reach their career goals. The learning environment includes a lot of graphics making it a visually appealing place, just like an in person classroom might include posters or other visual aids. The follow slides highlight some key activities that make up our digital learning environment.

The learners for this artifact are undergraduate university juniors and seniors.
